Anthem Works likes to sing the joys of full occupancy. Together with its subsidiary Anthem Properties, the company owns and manages retail, industrial, office, and residential real estate in Canada (primarily in British Columbia and Alberta) and the US. Anthem also develops properties; recent projects include an 85-acre industrial park and a 15-story mixed-use tower. All of the firm's new developments have been in Canada. Anthem Works tenants include Duke Energy and Scotiabank.
