The company operates more than two dozen Amica Wellness & Vitality Residences-branded condominium communities that provide a number of services -- including some with assisted-living arrangements -- to affluent seniors. The company operates residences clustered in major metropolitan areas including Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver. Amica intends to keep expanding within Canada continuing with its strategy of settling in urban areas. Amica is led by CEO Samir Manji, who also owns about 20% of the company.
