At Admiralty Holding, they may soon be walking the plank -- if they can get their ship back. Formerly known as Ruby Mining, the company was in the business of recovering the cargo from shipwrecks of the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries with the aid of its ATLIS detection equipment. In 2007 Admiralty's two subsidiaries ceased operations due to a lack of working capital. The company's ship, the M.V. New World Legacy, was taken over by the first-priority lienholders. Admiralty primarily operated in the Caribbean Sea. Admiralty's auditor has expressed doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern, due to its need for additional financing.
