Trimedia Entertainment Group historically produced and distributed music and filmed entertainment content through holdings such as Ruffnation Music, Metropolitan Recording, Ruffnation Films, and Snipes Production. It had derived much of its revenues from the release of the movie Snipes, staring the hip-hop artist Nelly. Other titles included Train Ride and Four Point Play. Former CEO Christopher Schwartz left the company in 2007 and was replaced by Jason Meyers, who is leading a restructuring. The newly reorganized company, operating under the name VGB Media, will also deal in entertainment production, distribution, and marketing.
