Its Pronto subsidiary is a retail, online, and touring merchandising company. Music publishing businesses include Dwight Frye Music, Renfield Music Publishing, Wallachi Music Publishing, Jessop Music Publishing, and Viovodes. Wind-Up was founded in 1997.
