Primarily it analyzes shoppers and how and why they make their purchases. The company, a division of creative advertising network Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, works with businesses all over the world through more than 60 offices in nearly 50 countries. The agency was founded as 141 Worldwide in 1992; it restructured into OgilvyAction in early 2007. Some offices in international markets continue to operate under the 141 Worldwide banner.
