Phillips Foods wants to fill you up. The company owns and operates about two dozen seafood restaurants under names such as Phillips Seafood, Crab House, and By the Sea. In addition, it makes a line of value-added retail seafood products -- crabmeat and crab cakes for restaurants and food distributors. Phillips also offers spices, sauces, condiments, soups and frozen seafood appetizers and entrees for retail sale in grocery stores throughout the US. The company operates nine full-service restaurants and four seafood buffet restaurant along the Eastern Seaboard, as well as several seafood buffets and express operations in airports and other concession locations.
