Anthony Forest Products first logged on well before the computer age. The company, which began in 1916, obtains its timber from more than 90,000 acres, maintained according to Sustainable Forestry Initiative policy, in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Anthony Forest Products then processes the timber into lumber and wood chips at mills located in the same three states. The company operates engineered wood laminating plants in Arkansas and Georgia, and, through a joint venture with Domtar, it produces I-joists under the Power Joist name at a plant in Canada. Anthony's Power Log products are used for log-home construction. Anthony Forest Products is owned by the fourth generation of the Anthony family.
