More OilRockies than AllTex(as), Altex Industries buys and sells oil and gas properties, participates in drilling exploratory wells, and sells oil and gas production to refineries, pipeline operators, and processing plants. The oil and gas exploration and production independent owns interests in two gross productive oil wells and 200 gross developed acres in Utah and Wyoming. Over the last few years Altex Industries has been forced to sell most of its oil and gas assets in order to pay down debt. CEO Steven Cardin holds a majority stake in the company.
