Carlson Marketing Worldwide, one of the largest marketing firms in the US, provides marketing services that revolve around building relationships with employees, partners, and consumers as part of its efforts to increase sales. Its marketing services include direct marketing, sales promotion, merchandising, public relations, training, database marketing, and event marketing. Also, its Peppers & Rogers division acts as a management consulting firm. Serving such clients as British Airways, BASF, and Union Pacific, Carlson Marketing is a subsidiary of hotel operator Carlson Companies. It has more than 30 offices worldwide across 20 countries. In November 2009, the company agreed to be acquired by Groupe Aeroplan.
