Blink at Columbus Fair Auto Auction (CFAA), and you may miss a good deal. The company sells more than 190,000 vehicles annually through weekly auctions at its 85-acre facility in Obetz, Ohio. The site has 11 lanes with the capacity to run 4,000 vehicles at each auction. The company's auctions are frequented by more than 1,000 auto dealers from 20 states. CFAA also provides high-volume factory sales for such manufacturers as General Motors, Daimler AG, Kia, and Suzuki. Prospective buyers can also browse the company's Web site for an updated list of available automobiles. The auction is owned by president Alexis Jacobs. Her father, the late William Jacobs, founded the company in 1959.
