OrderPro Logistics (formerly FifthCAI) provides software and services that companies use to manage logistics and transportation needs. OrderPro went on an acquisition spree in 2003, buying TransMex Logistics, All American Assemblies, and JBP Express. TransMex provides inter-modal transportation services in Mexico and regional trucking and container yard operations throughout North America. All American Assemblies is a provider of delivery and assembly installation services for customers such as Sears and Office Max. JBP Express, a Midwest region motor carrier and trucking business, discontinued its operations in 2004; these operations accounted for nearly 80% of OrderPro's sales before they were discontinued.
