Advocate South Suburban Hospital champions the health of Chicago's suburbanites. The 290-bed acute care facility provides general medical and surgical care, as well as a variety of specialty services such as oncology, women's health, and cardiology. Its nearly 400 doctors also provide a range of outpatient services, including diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, infusion services, and wound care. The Advocate South Suburban Hospital emergency department provides treatment for more than 27,000 patients each year. As part of metropolitan Chicago's integrated Advocate Health Care system, the hospital also provides home health care services and access to its parent's network of affiliated physicians.suburbanites
