Covenant Care has made a pact to provide nursing care in the midwestern and western US. The company provides skilled nursing and assisted living services at about 50 communities in more than half a dozen states. Its long-term care centers have a total of some 5,000 beds. The company also operates institutional pharmacies, and its Select Therapies division provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Covenant Care was established in 1994 and is owned by private equity firm Centre Partners, as well as by members of the company's management team.
