TAG Aviation USA, which has agreed to be acquired by rival Sentient Flight Group, would like to be a one-stop shop for business aviation services. The company manages more than 100 jet aircraft on behalf of their owners, chartering out the planes when owners don't need them and offering services such as maintenance, flight-related accounting, and aircraft buying and selling. An affiliate, 49%-owned AMI Jet Charter, handles flight operations. TAG Aviation USA is a unit of Geneva-based TAG Aviation Holding, which owns companies that provide similar services in Australia, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.
