A unit of industry leader Medical Staffing Network, InteliStaf Healthcare specializes in travel nursing services -- placing nurses and other health care professionals at facilities throughout the US for assignments of two weeks or more. In addition to its staffing services, the company provides outsourced administrative support for its institutional clients, including vendor management services such as quality oversight and regulatory documentation. Medical Staffing Network paid about $92 million for InteliStaf Healthcare in 2007 and began moving to integrate the companies' operations.
