AHI Linden Lumber has the goods for your sweet home Alabama. Also known as Linden Lumber, the company specializes in southern hardwood lumber, namely red oak, white oak, and ash. It can produce as much as 80 million board ft. of these species annually, placing Linden Lumber among the top producers in the South. However, the housing downturn and subsequent financial crisis hurt the company hard with a decrease in demand and lowered sales. Private equity firm H.I.G.
