A century after its inception, Broyhill Furniture Industries continues to fill homes and offices with its wares. The company has become one of the leading furniture manufacturers in the US. Broyhill's product lines include such items as mid-priced bedroom, living room, dining room, and home office furniture, as well as occasional tables and home entertainment systems. The furniture firm specializes in making and marketing upholstered goods and serves both residential and contract markets. Founded by Thomas H. (T.H.) Broyhill, the company once belonged to Interco (acquired in 1980), but today it operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of industry leader Furniture Brands International.
