Aspen Properties -- formerly Canadian Aspen Properties and before that Consolidated Properties -- buys, leases, and manages commercial properties primarily in Alberta, Canada. The real estate company owns more than a dozen buildings, the majority in Calgary with a handful in Edmonton, that total more than 3 million sq. ft. of office space and almost 3,000 parking spaces. Subsidiary Aspen Property Management provides property management services for its parent. Founded in 1997, the company took itself private in early 2005.
