The commercial and institutional construction company offers project management, construction management, real estate services, and design/build services. It serves clients in several sectors: education, health care, biotech/pharmaceutical, retail, entertainment, and corporate. The company's projects include Reliant Stadium in Houston; the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth; the Federal Express headquarters in Tennessee; and MIT's School of Architecture in Massachusetts. The company was founded in 1938 by Leo E. Linbeck, who was the grandfather of current chairman Leo E. Linbeck III.
