Altru Health System is an integrated health care network, providing everything from primary care to inpatient medical and surgical care for residents of northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. The organization's hub is Grand Forks' Altru Hospital, a general medical-surgical facility with about 250 beds, but Altru Health System also includes about a dozen primary care clinics, a cancer center, a rehabilitation center, dialysis facilities, and home health providers located throughout its service area. Additionally, the system operates Parkwood Place, a senior living facility that provides several levels of care to residents, depending on need.
