Springs Global aims to cover master bedrooms and baths worldwide. It makes bath rugs, bedspreads, pillows, and towels under the Court of Versailles, Springmaid, Wamsutta, and other labels. Springs Global also makes hardware and bathroom accessories. For Wal-Mart and Target, it makes private-label items and licensed brands, such as Cat In the Hat and NASCAR. It also sells through catalogs and department stores. Its previous owner (Springs Industries) combined its home textile operations with Brazil's Coteminas. The resulting structure left the renamed Springs Global US to work alongside Coteminas as the operating units of parent Springs Global Participacões, one of the world's largest home textiles maker.
