Benteler Automotive is the US automotive parts manufacturing outpost of Germany's Benteler Group. Benteler Automotive, the major revenue generating segment the Benteler Group, manufactures auto parts including chassis components (such as crossmembers and suspension modules), structural safety components (bumper and door beams, pillar reinforcements, roof and side rails), exhaust manifolds and complete exhaust systems, and fuel components. The company also offers engineering services. The Benteler Group's global automotive operations include about 70 locations in 22 countries. Benteler Automotive got its start in 1935 after its first order of exhaust pipes for the Ford Eifel.
