Could anything be finer than FINA? Alon USA Energy is the driving force behind FINA-branded marketing and refining operations throughout the US Southwest. Alon USA Energy, a subsidiary of Alon Israel Oil, was formed in 2000 to acquire FINA Inc.'s downstream assets. The company provides fuel to more than 1,000 FINA-branded retail sites. It also owns or operates more than 300 convenience stores under the 7-Eleven and FINA brands. Alon USA Energy's refineries in Texas (one), California (two), Louisiana (one), and Oregon (one), have a combined throughput capacity of 250,000 barrels per day. Alon USA Energy is also a top asphalt producer. Alon Israel Oil owns 78% of Alon USA Energy.
