WorkflowOne began selling business forms and company stationery back in 1927. Building on that foundation, the company now focuses on selling its print management and promotional marketing services. It partners with client companies the likes of Adobe, Kodak, Microsoft, and Xerox, enabling them to access electronically stored forms and documents. WorkflowOne then links its clients' data to its network of distribution centers. The company is a subsidiary of Workflow Management. Aiming to shape WorkflowOne into a market leader, the parent in 2009 sold its smaller United Envelope and Freedom Graphics Services operations to Florida-based investment firm Palm Beach Capital.
