Adams Capital Management provides early-stage financing (generally up to $30 million) for companies in the information technology, networking infrastructure, and semiconductor industries. The venture capital firm serves as the lead investor in most deals; it also installs management in all of its investment companies. Adams Capital Management's portfolio of about 20 companies includes gasoline pump marketing and distribution system Additech, AmberWave, Intrinsity, LibreDigital, and Landslide Technologies. Founded in 1994 by former nuclear test engineer Joel Adams, the firm has about $815 million under management.
