True to its name, the firm's portfolio is primarily retail; however, it also manages office buildings and mixed-use projects. Urban Retail Properties provides a full spectrum of services, including leasing, marketing, and tenant coordination. Management bought the company from affiliates of Westfield, Simon Property Group, and General Growth Properties in 2005. Urban Retail Properties was founded in 1972.
