Tosoh America is a holding company for several chemical and specialty materials subsidiaries of Tokyo-based parent company Tosoh Corporation. Tosoh America provides corporate services for its Japanese parent's American operations. Those operations include the production of quartz materials for semiconductor and electronics companies, silica glass products, and the sales and marketing of Tosoh Bioscience's diagnostic systems. Tosoh America, founded in 1989, maintains facilities throughout the US. The Tosoh USA division handles sales, marketing, and business development.
