NobelTel sells prepaid phone cards for domestic, long-distance and international calling to consumers under the NobelCom and Enjoy Prepaid brands. Through a partnership with network operator Level 3 Communications, NobelTel also offers wholesale network termination services in the US to smaller telecommunications service providers. Its business services enable calling over traditional lines, as well as Voice-over-IP (VoIP) computer telephony connections, for customers in Los Angeles, New York, and London. With offices in Bermuda and Romania, the company makes sales via its Web sites. NobelTel was founded in 1998 by chairman and CEO Thomas Knobel.
