It develops, manages, and leases more than 250 properties, including shopping centers, residential communities, industrial properties, hotels, office buildings, self-storage facilities, and mixed-use projects throughout the US. About a quarter of its portfolio is in Florida. The company, which has more than 25 million sq. ft. of leasable space and more than 4 million sq. ft. of space under development, also does business through subsidiaries Buffalo Lodging Associates and Kings Gate Homes. Its construction division designs and manages projects. CEO Nate Benderson founded the firm, which he and his family control.
