Building bridges has been a family affair for Jones Bros. since 1946. Since its founding, the company has evolved from a partnership between two brothers, Guy and Dillon Jones, with one bulldozer, to one of the largest bridge builders and heavy construction firms in the southeastern US. A transportation specialist, the company also is involved in highway construction and grading; site preparation for residential, industrial, and commercial projects; concrete paving; asphalt paving and operation of asphalt plants; and sewer rehabiliation using trenchless technologies. The company is still owned and operated by the Jones' descendants, including president and CEO M. Dale McCulloch, Guy Jones' grandson.
