The company establishes co-employment agreements with clients, in which Accord acts as a full-service HR department, handling payroll administration, legal compliance, employee handbooks, and risk management. The company also offers health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation coverage. Founded in 1992, Accord has offices in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas. Private-equity firm Virgo Capital acquired Accord in 2007.
