A switch-based reseller of international long-distance, the company offers discount dial-around services (so-called "10-10"or casual calling) to residential and small to midsized business customers. Services include home telephone accounts, wireless voice access (yakMobile), and Internet connection. It also offers alternative interexchange (IXC) carrier services, known as 1+billing, which allows customers to choose Yak for all long-distance calling.
