The Firm is a talent management company with a client list of music acts including the Backstreet Boys, Korn, and Limp Bizkit, singer/actress Mandy Moore and actors such as Vin Diesel. Founded in 1997 by Jeff Kwatinetz and partner Michael Green (who have both since left the company), The Firm also has divisions devoted to beverages, recording, animation, concerts, and TV and film production. In 2002 it purchased Michael Ovitz's failed Artist Management Group for a reported $12.7 million.
