Lorentzen & Wettre (L&W) follows the paper trail worldwide to serve its customers. A subsidiary of industrial door giant Cardo AB, the Swedish manufacturer provides quality control and product-testing equipment for the paper industry. L&W makes process optimization machines (permeability meters, moisture sensors), laboratory automation (computer testing software), testing devices (micrometers, resistance testers), and sample preparation equipment (cutters, trimmers) used to measure and check the size and strength of paper products. L&W also provides maintenance, training, and customer support services. The company was founded in 1895 by Christian Lorentzen and Einar Wettre.
