At Harvey Industries the window of opportunity is always open. The company, also known as Harvey Building Products, designs and manufactures its own line of vinyl and wood windows, as well as storm windows, doors, and patio enclosures. It also distributes brand-name exterior building products (including vinyl siding and roofing materials) from such makers as CertainTeed, Alcoa Home Exteriors, and James Hardie. Harvey Industries operates about a dozen showrooms and some 30 warehouses in the Northeast that mainly serve professional contractors and builders. Co-founders Fred Bigony and Bob Morrison control the company, which was incorporated in 1961.
