The company cans, freezes, and bags the staple foods of old-fashioned Southern-style cooking and African-American dishes. Its more than 85 products include canned seasoned okra, yams, sweet potatoes, collard greens, fried apples, and pinto, string, and pole beans, along with side dishes, sauces, condiments, and bases. It also makes cornbread and muffin mixes. Glory Foods sells food products in US retail food outlets, as well as online through the company's Web site.
