Speakers teach the Flawless Execution Model -- a process used by fighter pilots in order to execute missions -- and then relate it to businesses. Afterburner has conducted seminars around the world with a past client list including Dollar Tree, Cisco Systems, American Express, and Bank of America. The company has offices in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and India. It was formed in 1996 by former fighter pilot and CEO James Murphy.
