The unit, which produces films by cutting edge directors like Sophia Coppola, has become a frequent industry award winner and nominee in recent years, scoring several Oscar nods for Milk, Atonement, and Brokeback Mountain. Other titles include In Bruges and Burn After Reading. Focus and Universal Pictures together operate as the film holdings of Universal Studios.
