The facilities-based competitive local-exchange carrier (CLEC), which does business as Cavalier Telephone and TV, offers local and long-distance phone services in Delaware, Maryland, southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The company also offers broadband Internet services and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony, as well as business data services, such as private lines and colocation, and digital television services. Cavalier Telephone serves about 600,000 residential and business customers. Executive chairman Brad Evans founded the company in 1998.
