The old world meets the new once again in LaSalle. LaSalle Bank Corporation is the Chicago-based subsidiary of Bank of America, which acquired it from Amsterdam-based financial services giant ABN AMRO in 2007. Its primary subsidiaries, LaSalle Bank and LaSalle Bank Midwest, provide retail banking services to individuals, institutions, and businesses through some 400 branches in Michigan, Indiana, and Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. The banks also have some 25 regional lending offices scattered throughout the US. LaSalle offers traditional deposit products, as well as trust, asset management, brokerage, and insurance services. Subsidiaries offer business credit and equipment leasing.
