Mention "Sara Lee" and everyone thinks cheesecake, but the North American Retail segment of Sara Lee Corporation can fill your tummy in other ways too. In addition to its frozen cakes, pies and cheesecakes, the subsidiary manufactures packaged deli meats and cheeses, and frozen baked goods. It has a plate full of retail sausage brands (Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farms) and a string of hot dog and lunch meat brands (Ball Park, State Fair), making it a major US meat processor. Its bakery brands include its famous frozen cheesecake. Sara Lee North American Retail also offers the one-cup at-home brewing system, Senseo.
