Comptel gets the phone company talking. The company's mediation and provisioning software is used to exchange information between a telecommunications network and the operator's billing and customer service divisions. Comptel's InstantLink provisioning software activates new subscribers and services, while its EventLink mediation software collects subscriber usage data and sends it to the billing department. Its Convergent Mediation product -- used to rollout new services without the need for infrastructure upgrades -- can acquire information from any network and deliver it in the correct format. Other Comptel products are targeted towards mobile, fixed network, and cable operators.
