Established in 1997, Arlington Group is an investment company that targets small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. Subsidiaries include Arlington Group Asset Management Limited, which conducts financial advisory services for the company, and electronics manufacturer Cemtron, its primary holding. The firm is currently in the process of restructuring as four separate investment funds. More than 95% of the company's total sales in 2005 derived from the UK market; however, in mid-2005 the company entered a joint venture with Asian investment consulting company EurekaHedge in order to branch out into the Asian market.
