Kudelski brings the digital revolution to the living room. Through its subsidiaries, the holding company offers secure digital TV access systems (Nagravision), smart cards used for digital TV access and other applications (NagraCard, NagraID), and its original product line, high-end digital and analog audio recorders (Nagra Audio) for the radio, film, and music industries. The company also holds a controlling stake in TV software developer OpenTV. Its SkiData business designs smart card and ticketing systems for amusement parks, parking facilities, ski resorts, and sporting arenas. Founder Stefan Kudelski and his family (including his son, CEO André Kudelski) hold more than 50% of the company's voting rights.
