Enfora makes integrated and modular platforms for use with wireless communications devices. For the asset management market, the company offers the Enhanced Wireless Intelligent Device Environment (eWIDE) software. It also provides design services for implementations in wireless M2M (machine-to-machine) connectivity projects. Enfora was established in 1999 as a spinoff from Inet Technologies. Texas Instruments supplies chipsets and firmware for the company's products. Enfora has also adopted the Aero EDGE Radio chip from NXP for its product line.
