Its products are used in clients' Web sites, as well as consumer destination Web sites such as screensavers.com and weatherstudio.com. Revenues come from advertising, as well as search traffic generated through MIVA's toolbar products. The company sold its pay-per-click advertising business in 2009. Also that year it announced a rebrand, and is changing its name from MIVA, Inc. to Vertro, Inc.
