Waterfield isn't all wet when it comes to financial services. Waterfield Mortgage is the holding company of the Waterfield Group, which includes Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis, one of Indiana's largest full-service federal savings banks with more than 40 branches throughout the state, and Waterfield Insurance Agency, a full-service insurance company offering annuities, as well as life, property, and casualty insurance. The company sold its mortgage business in 2006; Sky Financial plans to acquire the rest of Waterfield Mortgage's operations by the third quarter of 2006.
