With a focus on relationship banking and retail operations, flagship subsidiary KeyBank operates more than 985 branches (KeyCenters) in more than a dozen states. Its operations are divided into two groups: community banking offers local banking services including deposits, loans, and financial planning, while national banking provides real estate capital, equipment financing, and capital markets services to large corporate clients. Non-bank subsidiaries offer insurance, brokerage, investment banking, and credit card processing for small businesses.
