Cedar Fair wants to take you for the ride of your life. The firm owns and manages some 10 amusement parks, six outdoor water parks, one indoor water park, and five hotels. Properties include Knott's Berry Farm in California, Michigan's Adventure, and Cedar Point, located on Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio. Knott's Berry Farm operates year-round, while other parks are open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, plus additional weekends in April, May, September, and October. Cedar Fair bought Paramount Parks from CBS Corp. in 2006. In 2008, Cedar Fair parks together drew more than 22 million visitors.
